Description
The Dulce beans in Choro are grown and dry processed on the Fazenda Estate at high altitude. Brazilian coffee has a heavier mouth feel, lower acidity and intense exotic flavour profiles. Brazil is the undisputed largest coffee producer in the world and has been for the last 150 years. We have cupped this coffee to a range of roast levels and have settled on a fairly aggressive start to the roast then slowing it down in the development phase just going into second crack to get the very best of these Brazilian characteristics.
