Description

Our espresso-forward single origin. The Barista tier is chosen specifically for espresso performance — lots that pull clean under pressure, hold up in milk, and reward a barista who knows what they're doing. Not a blend. Not a safe middle-ground. A specific single origin that we know works on an espresso bar. We rotate the specific origin seasonally, keeping to natural and honey-processed coffees that deliver body and sweetness in the cup. The current lot is what our baristas are using in our own Glasgow shops right now.
