This coffee is extremely complex in taste - florals, tropical and citrus fruits, and just a hint of chocolate! When making this for espresso we recommend pushing the limits - extractions between 30-35 seconds at 36-37ml yield will bring out the characteristics of this coffee best.. Flavor profile: Citrus Fruit, Floral, Chocolate.
