Description

If you would like your coffee shipped pre-ground, please choose from our 'Select Grind' option before adding this coffee to your cart. This beautiful Yellow Caturra has been dried in the same manner as cocoa beans. Controlling the drying process in this way gives this coffee a clean and refined finish. When we cupped this coffee we found notes of stone fruits combined with dark chocolate and sweet marzipan. El Arcangel is our first coffee to be packaged in our Bolivian bag as part of our Artist Origin Project.
