It's been far far too long since we roasted a coffee from Carmelita Urduvi's farm. Carmelita is one of the stars of the Sol de la Mañana project spearheaded by the Rodriguez Family to raise the bar for coffee production in the Caranavi region. This Honey processed coffee has a tropical sweetness that shines through with vivid clarity. Carmelita Honey is packaged in our Bolivian bag as part of our Artist Origin Project.
