Bolivia Waliki Washed Microlot. Our first Bolivian of the year, this Java from Finca Waliki is a perfect blend of delicate fruitiness and florality. High in Bolivia’s Caranavi region, just outside La Paz, Finca Waliki is a young but exceptional farm from the renowned Los Rodriguez family. Planted in 2016, the farm takes its name from the Aymara greeting “Waliki” — meaning “everything ok?” — a reflection of the warm, community-led culture that defines coffee growing in this region. Spread across 7.9 hectares at altitudes reaching up to 1,620 masl, Waliki is uniquely structured across three distinct levels.. Flavor profile: Floral.
