Brazil Arara. Our coffee of the month is a refined Brazilian with real pedigree. Grown at 1,250 metres in the volcanic soils of Vale da Grama, this Arara lot from Fazenda Cachoeira da Grama is naturally processed and beautifully expressive. Expect ripe nectarine and sweet orange, layered with dark chocolate, a hint of clove and a smooth, creamy finish — perfect for slow sipping and savouring..
