Description
Ceres Nubes - Costa Rica. A mother and daughter duo, Alexandra and Stephanny Fernandez Elizondo, bring us this excellent coffee from Santa Maria de Dota, in the San José province of Costa Rica. Established in 2019, since then they have been wholly committed to improving quality and keeping traceability and sustainability at the centre of their operation. The name ‘Nubes’, meaning ‘clouds’ in English, was given as this particular plot of land is often covered by clouds due to its high altitude. It is the smallest plot of land that the team pulls their micro-lots from.
