Description
Baima is named after the majestic “white horse” mountain on which it grows. Baima farm, led by Mr Laicheng Dong, produces exceptional coffee using innovative, sustainable methods. Nestled in Yunnan’s Menglian County, Mr Dong’s dedication to quality is evident in every step of the process—from hand-harvesting and meticulous sorting to the controlled double fermentation in Ecotact bags. After initial drying with a mechanical dryer, the cherries undergo final drying on raised beds, ensuring the coffee’s unique profile is preserved.
