Costa Rica, La Pastora. Farmer: Coopetarrazú R.L Founded in 1960 by 228 smallholder farmers, Coopetarrazú R.L. was born from a desire to create better opportunities for coffee producers in the San Marcos de Tarrazú region. Today, the cooperative represents over 4,500 members and processes an incredible 300,000 quintals of coffee each year — all while staying true to its roots of community, sustainability, and quality. Grown between 1,200 and 1,800 metres above sea level, Tarrazú coffees are world-renowned for their bright acidity, honeyed sweetness, and clean cup profile.. Flavor profile: Honey.
