This exquisite Villa Sarchi from Sumava has been processed by an innovative Reposado Red Honey method, allowing the cherries to rest for a few days after being picked before they are processed. This resting of the cherries makes for a complex, clean and bright coffee with stunning a fruit sweetness and a vibrant, somewhat tropical acidity!
