La Mariposa is sourced from smallholder farms across Cauca, Nariño, Huila and Tolima, all growing above 1,450 metres, and decaffeinated using the Sugarcane EA process — ethyl acetate derived from fermented sugarcane molasses. No chemicals, no heat treatment. Bright chocolate, clean nougat sweetness, apricot at the edges. You'd buy this even if you didn't need to avoid caffeine.
