Description

Ecuador - Gladys Erazo. Our journey with Gladys’s coffee began a few years ago, and a couple summers back we had the chance to visit her farm for the first time. Set in the wild, lush landscape of southern Ecuador, her farm is full of life: flowering coffee trees, vibrant fruit, and native forest. Being there gave us a deeper understanding of just how much care goes into each harvest. Gladys welcomed us warmly, and we quickly saw the dedication and pride she brings to her work. After a walk through her farm, we were invited into her home, where we shared ripe papaya and tasted honey she produces on the farm.. Flavor profile: Tropical Fruit, Honey.
