El Regional. This coffee is well suited for both espresso & filter brewing. Classic washed Colombian field blend of Caturra, Castillo & Varied Colombia courtesy of our long-time collaborator Henry Gomez @ Tatama Coffee. The coffee is produced by a community of farmers around Tatamá National Nature Park. A super versatile, dependable & easy-drinking brew with notes of dark stone fruit, nut & cocoa.
