Sweet, balanced, and just really enjoyable—whether you’re pulling it as espresso or brewing it slow on a Sunday morning." This very lovely coffee is from northern Peru, near the Ecuador border, you’ve got San Ignacio and Jaén—proper coffee country. Lush, green, a bit wild in places.
