Fruit-forward, complex and alive! This is how we describe our first offering from Kebede Wako in the coffee dense region of Yirgacheffe. This lovely Ethiopian natural coffee is the product of Kebede Wako and his family. It can be structurally challenging to connect with individual farmers in Ethiopia and this challenge is, as with many supply chain issues, most keenly felt at the producer end of things.
