Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, Natural Anaerobic. Chelchele lies in the Gedeb Woreda of the Gedeo Zone, within Ethiopia’s Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region (SNNPR). Renowned for its ideal altitude, fertile soils, and favorable climate, the area is celebrated for producing exceptional coffees. Coffee is at the heart of daily life in Chelchele—most families depend on it as their main livelihood. Harvesting is done entirely by hand, ensuring only the ripest cherries are picked, while traditional methods such as sun-drying preserve the authenticity of the process.
