Description

500g - Unroasted coffee beans suitable for home roasting. Coffees from the Sidama region are well known for thier classic Ethiopian flavour profiles. High acidity, full bodied and sweet. The altitudes here are particularly high, and therefore the coffee cherries ripen slowly, and the result is a complex, balanced and consistent brew! Please note: Never attempt to grind, green unroasted beans.
