Our fresh crop of the classic Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee has landed at our roastery! The Yirgacheffe region in Ethiopia is considered to be the birthplace of coffee as we know it today and the coffees from this region are famous world over for their bright & clean flavours. With notes of Lemon acidity & creamy, buttery shortbread like body, you will want to savour every last sip. This coffee is perfect for these warm summer mornings - refreshing, clean and bright. Unfortunately we are discontinuing this coffee, our suggested replacement is The Gunpowder
