Finca Las Mercedes 200g Coffee Bag El Salvador. COFFEE FLAVOUR NOTES The coffee has delicious flavours of milk chocolate, almond, shortbread and hints of orange. The medium body and acidity lends itself to a balanced and mild cup. ORIGIN STORY This wonderful multiple award winning coffee won Bronze and Silver at the Blas na hÉireann Food Awards 2020/2021 as well as 1 Star at Great Taste Award 2022/2023/2024. It is grown by Fernando & Juan Aguilar from Las Mercedes & Santa Maria across 160 hectares of shade-rich nature on the north-eastern slope of the San Salvador Volcano.. Flavor profile: Citrus Fruit, Chocolate, Nutty.
