Description

Haiti, Savane Zombie. This lovely washed Marre Blanche Arabica Typica coffee originates from the Thiotte Region in the Savannah Zombie micro-region of Haiti. The village of Thiotte is overlooked by the Southeastern Haitian mountains, where the coffee is shade grown at an altitude of 1200 - 1400m under the optimal climatic and environmental conditions provided by the Great Haitian Forest. This Savannah Zombie coffee is a testimony not only to the variety of Typica but also to the resilience of the Haitian small holder farmers who have joined forces to produce a very elegant coffee.
