Description
HR or Hamburg Roast is traditionally the shade of colour that the coffee is roasted to, slightly darker roast than medium. Rainforest Alliance beans from Daterra, Mysore beans from India and Mocha beans from Djimmah in Ethiopia. This coffee became a favourite of regulars at cafes scattered around the South-East as it has a balanced acidity, wonderful notes of chocolate & caramel, is also smooth and full bodied all the characteristics needed for an espresso coffee. Makes an amazing flat white.
