Description
From the COMSA cooperative in Marcala, Honduras, this organic coffee reflects a deep commitment to land, community and long term change. Grown with a focus on biodiversity and ecological balance, it is a coffee rooted in care, patience and purpose. In the cup, expect jammy fruit and a delicate blood orange sweetness, layered with nutty almond and cashew, rich chocolate, and smooth honey and caramel notes. The finish is comforting and nostalgic, with a sweet caramac and tunnock’s wafer character.
