Description

The monsooned malabar coffee beans are now legendary and a popular favourite with customers although be warned it's not for the faint-hearted! The process dates back to the sixteenth century and exposes the coffee to the warm and moist winds of the Indian monsoon season-changing how the coffee looks and tastes.
