Description

Indonesia, Kayumas. This coffee comes from the Surya Abada Kayumas Cooperative, made up of family-owned farms from the neighbouring villages of Curah Tatal and Kayumas in Situbondo, East Java. Each member farms around 2 hectares, with the cooperative collectively covering close to 400 hectares on the volcanic slopes of the Ijen Plateau. The co-op operates three centralised collection and processing centres, allowing farmers to deliver cherry quickly and maintain quality.
