Jairo Arcila Bourbon Aruzi Varietal – Papayo Preparation – Fermented washed process Location – Armenia, Quindio / Villarazo Altitude – 1400-1450 masl Importer - Cofinet Jairo Arcila is a third-generation coffee grower from Quindio, Colombia. He is married to Luz Helena Salazar and they have two children together, Carlos and Felipe Arcila, who are the co-founders of Cofinet, an export/import business for their coffee. This coffee was grown by Jairo Arcila at the farm Santa Mónica. Coffee is harvested following strict ripeness criteria, floated and hand sorted to remove any defects.
