Jamaica Blue Mountain: Appleton Rum Barrel Infused. Much like Clifton Mount Estate is for coffee, the Appleton Estate is a preeminent distiller of rum. Appleton draws upon centuries of tradition (founded just a few years before Clifton Mount) and uniquely advantageous terroir (the limestone hills that form the Nassau Valley where Appleton Sugar Cane is grown filter pure, azure water from the daily rainfall) to produce exceptional flavor. We have taken the coffee from our exclusive Marianne's Parcel at Clifton Mount and processed it naturally by drying it on African beds, concentrating the natural sweetness..
