This coffee is grown at a range from 1200 metres to a high-altitude of 1700 metres above sea level. Whilst enjoying all the climatic conditions for which Jamaican coffees are famous, Cinchona coffees benefit from the shale/loam soils in which their trees grow. Founded in 1868, the Cinchona estate gets a majestic view of Strawberry Hill, the Blue Mountains, Liguanea plains, and Kingston.. Flavor profile: Berry, Chocolate, Honey.
