Description
Kahawa - Kenya. raspberry, lychee, oolong tea. We love this coffee as a fruity filter coffee, or an experimental espresso This coffee comes from the Thunguri Wet Mill of the Kibirigwi Farmer Cooperative society, grown on the southern slopes of Mt Kenya. The group has been growing coffee since 1953, and the region is perfect for developing the flavours we’ve come to expect from Kenya – the Thunguri AA is the perfect example of a specialty Kenya coffee. Farmers selectively hand pick red ripe cherries that are delivered for wet milling on the same day. The parchment is then fermented, washed and sun dried .. Flavor profile: Berry, Tropical Fruit, Winey.
