Description
Kericho AB. Once cherries are sorted and pulped, they are left to ferment in a bed of water for 12 hours. Once drained, the ferment is repeated two more times, then rinsed through the classic washing channels and dried on raised beds until ideal moisture is reached. Kericho is produced by Lot20, whose name comes from their initial goal of exporting 20 bags of Kenyan coffee to the UK. They've come an exceptionally long way from their 2019 pitch, now working with a wide range of farmers across Kenya, and exporting many lots consistently to the UK.
