Description

La Naranja - Peru. El Diamante is a high-altitude, coffee-focused community in the uplands of Jaén. Frequent rains and a humid climate support varieties such as Catimor, Catuai and Geisha, with producers working to improve cup quality year on year. Beyond coffee, rice and cacao are commonly grown. Local life includes the village patronal festival on 20th July.. Flavor profile: Chocolate.
