MC Decaffeinated. A blend of Brazilian beans taken to a medium-dark roast. Well balanced, with a small amount of acidity. Notes of cocoa, praline and caramel. ---- The farm Sometimes you just want an easy decaffeinated coffee that just tastes of… well, coffee! This is a blend using Brazilian smallholder farms from the Minas Gerais region, which are then decaffeinated using a chemical method - it uses the mildly scary-sounding methylene-chloride, a solvent which is able to extract caffeine from coffee.. Flavor profile: Chocolate, Caramel.
