Description
Myanmar Pha Yar Gyi Kone Natural. Ethically-run, high-quality Asian coffee farms are increasingly key origins for us as we navigate the shifting relationship of climate and coffee. This lot is a great example of the sustainability profile we're looking for, and it's incredibly tasty too, with nougaty notes of chocolate and macadamia and a twist of fruity cranberry. This is our second year featuring this lot, and we sourced it thanks to our friends at Indochina who helped us connect with several of our Asian coffee producers.. Flavor profile: Berry, Chocolate.
