Description

Omega. A mellow body, bright acidity, and creamy mouthfeel. Notes of cherries, redcurrant and milk chocolate. ---- The blend This blend is a secret! James created it using three of his favourite coffees (there’s your one and only clue), to hit a profile that would work through every brewing method, with loads of sweetness and a creamy body, but cut through with a big burst of bright acidity upfront. Using solely washed arabicas (alright, we suppose that’s another clue), this is constantly checked and sometimes tweaked ever so slightly, to make sure that the profile remains constant year on year.. Flavor profile: Chocolate.
