Description
A south China white tea cultivated and processed by traditional methods, Pai Mu Dan consists of the newest and freshest leaf shoots, hand-plucked and dried in shaded sunlight. This gentle drying method allows controlled oxidation to maintain the leaf-structure, and yields a tea with a unique and complex flavour profile. 100g
