Description
Back in!! Another current favourite (swear we say that about loads of our coffees)! Roasted at a medium this is surprisingly bright for a coffee from PNG, but a really sweet and balanced acidity that gets overwhelmed quickly by a deliciously rich body. There are notes of dried stone fruits, raisins and a honey-like finish. Top draw, easy drinker that is the coffee we're taking home with us at the moment. In 1964, John Coleman visited Papua New Guinea and fell in love with the Waghi Valley.
