Grown in the high mountains of Cajamarca near Jaén, this coffee is produced by a group of independent smallholder farmers cultivating coffee on small family farms. The coffee takes its name from Cerro Conjuro, a nearby mountain known locally for its traditions and pilgrimages. The region’s high altitudes, fertile soils and cool mountain climate create ideal conditions for vibrant and expressive coffees.
