A smooth, well-balanced coffee from the highlands of Cajamarca, Peru. Sourced from smallholder farms, it offers a clean cup with chocolate and nutty depth, gentle acidity, and excellent drinkability across espresso, milk-based drinks, and filter. Grown in the high-altitude regions of Cajamarca, this coffee comes from smallholder farms within Peru’s recognised specialty belt. The washed process enhances clarity and balance, resulting in a clean, smooth finish with mild to medium acidity.
