The beans are grown in the highlands of Northeastern Peru by a pioneering collective of 284 farmers known as the Perfiles Cooperative. This Cooperative combines exceptional quality with a deep commitment to sustainability and social progress. Perfiles Cooperative prefers a Swiss Water Decaf method which is a chemical-free decaffeination process. This method uses only water and a patented system to remove caffeine while preserving the coffee's flavour and characteristics.. Flavor profile: Citrus Fruit, Dried Fruit, Chocolate.
