Here we go again, we're rolling out the red carpet for our fourth iteration of Pinnacle! We've switched up the origin this time after a blind cupping between options for sticking to Peruvian, or twisting to a new origin, and we've twisted - bringing forth a Costa Rican from the world famous Aquiares farm, specifically from producer Diego Robelo.
