RWANDA – RWAMATAMU NYAMASHEKE & MBARE | RWANDA Sourced from Rwamatamu Coffee, founded in 2015 by Laetitia Mukantwaza and Gaston Rutaganda, this lot comes from high-altitude farms in Rwanda’s Western Province, where rich volcanic soil and elevations of up to 2,000 masl create ideal growing conditions. Built on a mission to support local communities, Rwamatamu works closely with farmers while investing in long-term sustainability and quality. Fully washed using natural spring water, the cherries are carefully handpicked and processed to highlight clarity and structure in the cup.
