Sheltered by the Andes, the region enjoys a consistently mild climate that allows coffee cherries to mature slowly, enhancing sweetness, balance, and complexity while protecting crops from extreme weather. The sourcing programme behind this coffee works with around 65 local growers, building long-term, transparent relationships.
