When developing our house coffee at Soulshine, we wanted to offer a house espresso that like the food offering changes with the seasons. Tidal is our answer, changing with the tides, always from a single origin, always from the freshest crops, and always with bags of character. With or without milk whether made on a fancy espresso machine, Aeropress, filter or just a simple cafetiére at home its got you covered. We love the rhythm of getting to know a coffee over a few months then moving onto the next one.. Flavor profile: Dried Fruit, Chocolate, Roasted.
