During the 1980s a small group of forward-thinking farmers realising the potential of speciality coffee broke away from convention and switched to producing high-quality speciality arabica crops. Here we have a great example of the fruits of those labours with a fantastic well-balanced coffee from the Lam Dong region. From that first initial burst of flavour on your tongue you will quickly understand why we've become such big fans of this at Stirling Coffee HQ!
