Country - Ethiopia Region – Gedeb, Yirgacheffe Process – Natural Altitude - 2150-2250 MASL Varietal – Heirloom This stunning lot from the community of farmers in the Halo Beriti kebele in Yirgacheffe is the dictionary definition of a naturally processed Ethiopian coffee. Grown at the seemingly impossibly high altitudes of 2150-2250 metres above sea level, producers from the area surrounding the village sell their cherries locally before being processed by Ephtah Coffee at their 3.5Ha site in Lasela..
