La Reforma SL28 Varietal – SL28 Preparation – Natural Location – Calzontes Arriba Altitude – 1400 masl Importer - Falcon La Reforma farm is owned by the Alvarez family located in the Apaneca Ilamatepec mountain range in Calzontes Arriba, Santa Ana, El Salvador. Sitting between 1,300 and 1,450 metres above sea level, the farm enjoys cool 20°C average temperatures, sandy loam soils, and around 2,300 mm of rainfall each year – ideal conditions for slow, sweet cherry maturation.
