Description

This is our second coffee we have sourced from Olman Valladarez in recent times. Where his 'Finca Buenos Aires' coffee had a certain wildness, due to the large Maragogype beans it grew. This coffee is much more of a safe-as-houses, balanced, chocolatey and smooth profile. A signature blend of varieties at origin by Olman, this coffee nevertheless showcases a farmer whose journey in coffee has taken him through experimental processes, through to five Cup of Excellence wins.
